Ladysmith Village - Town Architect

To submit plans to the Town Architect please use our new Design Code Forms. dated 10/02/2007. Your application must include Form B, Form C, (3) copies of construction plans and (3) copies of your site plan. One copy of each will be kept on file with the Town Architect. Review process usually can be done in 2 or 3 working days. ($300.00 fee)

For final inspections use Form F ($150.00 fee)
