web site and probably many more you have still not found a
plan that suits your needs! We can create a new plan from
your ideas or sketches. If you have found a plan that is
close to what you like, we can modify it to your specific needs.
The price for new construction plans is $ 0.50 per square
foot. Large
custom homes 3000 - 4000 square feet are $0.75 per square
foot. The stock plans shown on this web site are priced at $

Follow these simple steps and we will create complete
working drawings to your specifications. Drawings comply to
2003 IRC (International Residentional Code).
- Download our
Work Order.
Please supply all information listed on this work order.
Be sure to print a copy of the completed work order so you
can Fax or Email this form to us. You may not be able to
save the completed form to your computer.
- After you review our work
order, mark-up any desired changes to your drawings and Email or fax this information along with
the completed work order to (540)785-7773 or

After receiving the
information listed above, your order and payment terms will
be verified by telephone or Email. Preliminary construction
plans will be prepared (usually within two weeks) and
delivered to you by Email in PDF format. Your first payment
of 50% will be due at this time. Review these plans, make
necessary changes and return to us for completion (usually
within one week). Your plans will again be sent to you by
Email for your final review. Your final payment will be due
at this time. After you review the final plans you will have
this opportunity to make your final revisions or corrections to the
plan. Additional changes beyond this point will
be billed at $ 60.00 per hour. Final construction documents
are delivered by Email in PDF format. Paper copies may
include additional charges. |
