Download our Work Order. Please supply all information listed on this work order. Be sure to print a copy of the completed work order so you can Fax or Email this form to us. You may not be able to save the completed form to your computer.
After you review our work order, mark-up any desired changes to your existing drawings and Email or fax this information along with the completed work order to (540)785-7773 or mike@planshop.biz
If we do not have this plan on file you will need to provide us with complete construction drawings.

After receiving the information listed above, your order and payment terms will be verified by telephone or Email. Color rendering will be prepared from the information you supply. Be sure to specify any additional information such as orientation, logos, disclaimers, name change, etc. Drawing can usually be completed within two weeks and delivered to you by Email in JPG format. Your drawing will be considered complete at this time and you will receive a bill. Printed copies are not available from this web site. For printed copies or enlargements you should have them printed by a local print service.
