let us modify it to your specific needs. Thanks to technology
and our professional design team this process has become very
efficient as well as cost effective. Pricing for plan revisions
start as low as $ 75.00 for minor changes such as door and window
locations, reverse plans, change bath or kitchen configurations,
etc. More extensive changes like new elevations, increase or
decrease square footage could be as low as $350.00. Base price
for construction plans for the houses shown are available for
$ 0.25 per square foot.

working drawings to your specifications. Drawings comply to
2003 IRC (International Residentional Code).

If you prefer to pay by check a study plan will be sent
to you by Email.

Work Order.
Please supply all information listed on this work order.
Be sure to print a copy of the completed work order so you
can Fax or Email this form to us. You may not be able to
save the completed form to your computer.

Most change orders can be completed in one to two weeks.
If you would like to purchase one of our stock plans as is (PDF
format) typical delivery time is one to two days after verification
of payment. Existing customers with established credit will
be billed when the product is delivered. All orders will be verified by telephone or Email.
